He had a real gift for seeing potential in awkward layouts, and his thoroughness reviewing disclosures caught issues we would have missed entirely. When the market dropped and I lost a chunk of my down payment, Paul was calm and reassuring through every moment of panic. He ultimately found us exactly what we wanted and helped us navigate a tricky solar situation at closing — then stayed a great resource even after we got the keys. Somewhere along the way, he became a genuine friend. Paul is an exceptional agent who truly goes the extra mile for his clients.
